Dallas is a joke though, they forget they have 5 players to choose from offensively and its always the same 2 guys shooting for long stretches of time. Only way you win with that is if your players are just having unbelievable nights. Otherwise your lack of discipline and lack of passing and moving without the ball will do you in at this level. Nash and Van Exel just shooting circus shots half the time. Hey they look good when it works, but I think they will be hard pressed to win 4 games. Stupid thing is the Kings get into it with them at times, forgetting they should make them play their game of set offense leading to a lot of easy shots after a couple of passes. After all think about it, even without Webber if you have all the guns of each team, which would you rather have the guys who are getting open looks with their feet set or a Dallas player running all around with the dribble and then suddenly just throwing it up hoping it goes?
The Mavs may not play the strongest defense, but how can you say they are a joke? They won 60+ games this year, and are up 2-1. The Mavs have the highest margin of victory in the NBA -- 7 points. That's more than the Kings, Spurs, and even the Lakers. It doesn't matter if you give up 110 points if you score 120.
